【ARCFE Updates】 GROUP 13 38TH AVE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY
06/15/2022 by ARCFE U.S.
ARCFE Group 13 38th Ave project had its groundbreaking ceremony this past Tuesday, June 14th. ARCFE Management Team participated in the groundbreaking ceremony. We are very excited to see the project getting a head start in construction.
The 38th Ave project is a 7 stories mixed-use building consisting of 7,705 sqft of commercial space on the first and second floor, along with 50 condominiums and 27 parking spaces. The project is raising $15M in EB-5 funds. iX Development is an experienced developer with many successful projects in the Long Island City area.
The event was joined by the Project Development Team of iX Development, ARCFE’s Management Team (President Lily Guo, Vice President John McInerney, and Indian Office Chief Representative Officer Akash), along with valued investors and media representatives.
Mr. Ted Nikolov, iX Development’s Head of Construction, represented the company to give a quick speech highlighting the growth potential of the project area, along with the development and construction plan for the 38th Ave project. “The potential of this area is huge. It is one of the very few yet-to-be explored areas of Long Island City and we truly believe that it will boom with businesses in the next 2-3 years, just in time for our 38th Ave project to be finished with construction. iX Development is a forward thinking company and we couldn’t be more excited to be part of this amazing, innovative opportunity.”
ARCFE Founder and President Lily Guo also gave a quick speech on behalf of our team:
“Good afternoon everyone, my name is Lily Guo. I am the Founder and President of ARCFE, American Regional Center For Entrepreneurs. I am very excited to be part of this phenomenal groundbreaking ceremony. iX Development has long been a successful developer in the Long Island City areas. We are thrilled to include this project in our Group 13 EB-5 fund raising, and we are confident we will be able to create many jobs for the American economy and assist our EB-5 investors to achieve their American Dreams.”
After the ceremony, President Guo and Vice President McInerney also had a discussion with Mr. Nikolov about the progress of the 38th Ave project and how ARCFE is working with our overseas immigration partners to bring the project to our EB-5 investors.
We look forward to a successful partnership with iX Development for the 38th Ave project!
