The Department of States has posted the July 2023 Visa Bulletin. The Employment Base Fifth visa categories are as below:

Chart A

• All 3 set aside visa categories for all countries remain “CURRENT”
• China Unreserved category priority date remains the same at September 8th, 2015
• India Unreserved category priority date remains the same at April 1st, 2017
• Chinese and Indian investors under the new EB-5 regulations should take advantage of the set aside visa categories to secure their priority date as soon as possible

Chart B

• All 3 set aside visa categories for all countries remain “CURRENT”
• China Unreserved category priority date remains the same at January 1st, 2016
• India Unreserved category priority date remains the same at December 8th, 2019
