The Department of States has posted the October 2023 Visa Bulletin. The Employment Base Fifth (EB-5) visa categories are as below:

Chart A

• All 3 set aside categories remain “CURRENT” for all countries.
• China unreserved category priority date moved from 08SEP15 to 01OCT15.
• India unreserved category priority date moved from 01APR17 to 15DEC18.
• Chinese and Indian investors should take advantage of this “no backlog” status of the set aside visas to secure their priority date as soon as possible.

• China unreserved category priority date moved from 01JAN16 to 01JAN17.
• India unreserved category priority date moved from 08DEC19 to 01APR22.
• Chinese and Indian investors should take advantage of this “no backlog” status of the set aside visas to secure their priority date as soon as possible.
