Both developers will provide completion guarantee and personal guarantee to ensure the success of the projects.

The EB-5 fund will be supervised by a third-party company using cutting-edge web3 blockchain technology. Third-party construction engineer company will also be hired to conduct construction inspection and provide progress report for each loan advance requisition. Financial reports will also be provided upon request to investors to ensure transparency in the use of funds.

Project A is a 12 floors mixed-use building, including 190 rental units and 76 parking spaces, located at 29-24 40th Avenue, Long Island City NY 11101. The EB-5 fund serves as senior loan, securing the first priority mortgage on land and building, offering unwavering security for investment.
