OPEN POSITIONS

Communications Designer (Full Time)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing team to come up with designs for marketing campaigns
  • Create visuals and imagery concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate customers
  • To use creative instincts to develop engaging concepts to fulfill marketing, sales and PR teams’ expectations
  • Present work to marketing team for approval/input
  • Understanding the key message and seek to translate this into attractive graphics and video

Requirements

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in designing major blogging platforms and app development environment (preferred but not required)
  • Basic photography and video filming skills are required
  • Experience in editing/filming V-log, webinar, and promotional video recording is preferred
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Visual Communication, Fine Art, Digital Art or similar majors
  • Must be proficient in English (writing, speaking, listening)
  • Knowing Vietnamese or Chinese is a plus but not required
  • Experience: 2+ years of direct graphic design or video editing experience in a business environment
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently
  • Ability to identify marketing goals, develop marketing strategies and tactics to obtain goals, implement and measure effectiveness of those tactics, and then make adjustments as needed based upon metrics
