【ARCFE News】 ARCFE FILED I-956 FOR REGIONAL CENTER REDESIGNATION

According to the Q&A published by USCIS on April 29th, 2022, all Regional Centers (including those previously authorized) are required to file form I-956 along with other necessary documents to USCIS in order to raise EB-5 funds through the Regional Center program moving forward. Expecting the requirement earlier on through our internal analysis, ARCFE has been working closely with our Attorney in the past two months to prepare the documents needed to get reauthorized. This past Thursday May 19th, we became one of the first Regional Centers to successfully file form I-956 to USCIS.

As of this time, there is no information from USCIS regarding how long it will take the agency to process the Regional Centers’ redesignation applications. With our strong application and lawfully-abide track records, we expect a swift redesignation for ARCFE. Regional Center program investors can file form I-526 after the respective Regional Center’s I-956 has been approved and the project request has been filed. ARCFE investors can be sure that we are also preparing Group 12 and Group 13 project requests and TEA designation letters to immediately submit to USCIS upon I-956 approval.

Investors should utilize this additional time frame to prepare and review their source of funds documents. Investors can now visit our project site and our headquarters by scheduling an appointment with our U.S. team members. An Immigration Attorney will also be presence at your visit to answer any question investors may have regarding the EB-5 program.

We will continue to update you with the latest information.
