The Department of States has posted the August 2024 Visa Bulletin. The Employment Base Fifth (EB-5) visa categories are as below:
Chart A:
Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of December 15, 2015.
India - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of December 1, 2020.
All EB-5 set aside categories remains CURRENT.
Chart B:
Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of January 1, 2017.
India - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of April 1, 2022.
All EB-5 set aside categories remains CURRENT.
