【ARCFE News】 GROUP 13 INVESTOR RECEIVED I-526E APPROVAL

Congratulations to Group 13 investor and their family on receiving their I-526E approval within only 25 days after the project’s I-956F approval! This I-526E approval for our investor stands out for its exceptional speed and efficiency. USCIS processed it seamlessly without any Request for Evidence (RFE), issuing approval within just 15 months from the priority date.

Timeline:

  1. July 17, 2022: Investor visited ARCFE’s office in New York City and the project sites; made decision to invest.

  2. August 24, 2022: I-526E petition filed.

  3. November 17, 2023: Group 13 project I-956F approved.

  4. December 12, 2023: Investor’s I-526E petition approved.


Group 13 consists of 2 real estate development projects located in prime locations of New York City, and is qualified for TEA under the EB-5 RIA. The Thomson project has been completed and the building went into operation last year, with the average rent $3,000+ to $6,000/month. The 38th Ave project has been topped out.
