The Department of States has posted the March 2023 Visa Bulletin. The Employment Base Fifth visa categories are as below:

All reserved visa categories for all countries remain “CURRENT”.
China unreserved category shows a positive sign with the priority date moving forward from 22MAR15 from the past couple of months to 08JULY15 this month.
India unreserved category, on the other hand, moved backwards from 08NOV19 to 01JUN18. This once again signal Indian investors to take advantage of the “CURRENT” status of all three reserved visa categories and quickly secure their priority date to not risk facing retrogression in the reserved categories as well.

Chart B remains the same as the February 2023 visa bulletin for all four EB-5 visa categories for all countries.
