The Department of States has posted the October Visa Bulletin. The Employment Base Fifth visa categories are as below:
Chart A:
Unreserved EB-5 for CHINA shows a push back in final action date, now at March 22nd, 2015.
Unreserved EB-5 for INDIA now shows retrogression with final action date of November 8th, 2019.
Unreserved EB-5 for ALL OTHER COUNTRIES shows “CURRENT”. With increasing demand and high volume of petitions, we expect VIETNAM to retrogress in the near future. Vietnamese investors should take this golden window to make their investment decision and file I-526E petition now.
Reserved EB-5 categories for ALL COUNTRIES (including China & India) shows “CURRENT”.
