The Department of State has posted the January 2025 Visa Bulletin. The Employment-Based Fifth Preference (EB-5) visa categories are as below:
Chart A:
• Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of July 15, 2016.
• India - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of January 1, 2022.
• All EB-5 reserved visa categories remain CURRENT.
Chart B:
• Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of October 1, 2016.
• India - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of April 1, 2022.
• All EB-5 reserved visa categories remain CURRENT.
Important Note for Indian Investors:
EB-5 Unreserved dates for India and Mainland China remained unchanged at the beginning of 2025. All EB-5 reserved categories remained CURRENT, which remains an important point for investors monitoring post-RIA EB-5 availability.
