iCross LIC

To date, the project has been completed and successfully received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in September 2025.
The building is officially named "iCross LIC". It has been met with an enthusiastic response in the rental market and is now fully leased.
Among the tenants, the renowned domestic Chinese modern tea and bakery brand chain "NaiSnowNaiXue Tea" has opened its second U.S. location here. The store is now officially operationalopen, considerably enhancing the building's overall vibrant commercial atmosphere.

The units have all been framed, sheetrock has been commenced.
All electrical and plumbing are in.
Construction expected completion at the end of 2024.
