The project is 57% complete overall. The main structure is finished, and MEP and finishingwork are now in full swing:
Main Structure: The concrete superstructure has been fully topped out, with only asmall amount of stair work remaining. Formwork and shoring have been removed.
MEP & Finishing: Plumbing, sprinkler, electrical, and HVAC systems are advancingconcurrently up to Levels 6-7. Elevator equipment has been delivered and is beinginstalled. Wall framing and gypsum board work are progressing on Levels 2-7. Tileinstallation has commenced in bathrooms on Level 4. Rough-in for electrical andplumbing trim- out is proceeding in an orderly manner.
Safety & Management: The construction hoist is in place. Off-site storage of windowmaterials is sufficient, ensuring smooth progress.
Feb 2026
The project is 55% complete overall, with main structure construction being finalized:
Structure & Framing: The concrete superstructure is substantially complete. Floor slab pours are finished on Level 7 and the roof, with only a small number of stair sections
remaining. Interior wall framing is progressing in an orderly manner on Levels 2–6.
Specialty Construction: Cast iron plumbing risers are installed on Level 5 and below, with branch piping underway on Levels 2–4. Electrical branch wiring has commenced on Level 3. Building risers have been installed up to the roof level.
Safety & Management: The site operates under fully enclosed, standardized management. The construction hoist is being installed. On-site materials are properly stored.
Nov 2025
Overall Progress: The project, a 7-story mixed-use building (including a basement level), is 30% complete and progressing on schedule.
Foundation Work Nearing Completion: All perimeter concrete foundations, internal column footings and pillars, as well as concrete foundation walls have been completed. The first-floor concrete slab has been poured, and access stairs to the basement have been constructed.
Critical Supporting Work Underway: Drainage sleeve installation on the first floor is finished. Next steps include advancing the superstructure to Floors 2–3, installing sidewalk bridging, and commencing vertical extension of the main structure.
