Acadia Realty Trust has acquired two connected mixed-use properties on Greene Street in SoHo for $60 million. The purchase extends the REIT’s existing presence in one of Manhattan’s most competitive retail corridors and provides another example of institutional capital continuing to target core New York real estate.
