The development consists of 201 residential condos, 15 townhouses, a community facility unit, 81 parking spaces and 201 storage spaces plus other amenities including a swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, and a children’s play area. The development has a total finished area of approximately 426,000 square feet. The project has been completed in November 2016.
The approval of form I-829 signifies the successful completion of the EB-5 investor’s conditional residency period, removing the conditions attached to the investor's residency status obtained through the EB-5 program, allowing them and their eligible family members to live and work permanently in the U.S. without restrictions.
