【ARCFE News】APRIL 2025 VISA BULLETIN

The Department of State has posted the April 2025 Visa Bulletin. The Employment-Based Fifth Preference (EB-5) visa categories are as below:

Chart A:

• Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category moved backward 905 days with the priority date of January 22, 2014.

• India - EB-5 Unreserved category moved backward 792 days with the priority date of November 1, 2019.

• All EB-5 reserved visa categories remain CURRENT.

Chart B:

• Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of October 1, 2016.

• India - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of April 1, 2022.

• All EB-5 reserved visa categories remain CURRENT.

Important Note for Indian Investors:

The April 2025 Visa Bulletin showed significant retrogression in EB-5 Unreserved Chart A for both Mainland China and India. However, all EB-5 reserved categories remained CURRENT. For Indian investors, this continued contrast between Unreserved and reserved categories is an important signal to watch.
