【ARCFE News】DECEMBER 2025 VISA BULLETIN

The Department of State has posted the December 2025 Visa Bulletin. The Employment-Based Fifth Preference (EB-5) visa categories are as below:

Chart A:

· Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category moved forward 220 days with the priority date of July 15, 2016.

· India - EB-5 Unreserved category moved forward 150 days with the priority date of July 1, 2021.

· All EB-5 set aside categories remain CURRENT.

Chart B:

· Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category moved forward 21 days with the priority date of July 22, 2016.

· India - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of April 1, 2022.

· All EB-5 set aside categories remain CURRENT.

Important Note for Indian Investors:

For Indian investors, this month shows continued movement in the EB-5 Unreserved category while all EB-5 reserved visa categories remain current. Investors should continue to monitor both Chart A and Chart B, as reserved categories such as High Unemployment Area, Rural, and Infrastructure may provide a different visa-availability profile from the Unreserved category.
