【ARCFE News】JULY 2025 VISA BULLETIN

The Department of State has posted the July 2025 Visa Bulletin. The Employment-Based Fifth Preference (EB-5) visa categories are as below:

Chart A:

· Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of January 22, 2014.

· India - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of May 1, 2019.

· All EB-5 set aside categories remain CURRENT.

Chart B:

· Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of October 1, 2016.

· India - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of April 1, 2022.

· All EB-5 set aside categories remain CURRENT.

Important Note for Indian Investors:

For Indian investors, the EB-5 Unreserved category remains an important area to monitor. All EB-5 reserved visa categories remain current, including High Unemployment Area, Rural, and Infrastructure, which may be especially relevant for investors evaluating current visa availability.
