【ARCFE News】MARCH 2025 VISA BULLETIN

The Department of State has posted the March 2025 Visa Bulletin. The Employment-Based Fifth Preference (EB-5) visa categories are as below:

Chart A:

• Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of July 15, 2016.

• India - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of January 1, 2022.

• All EB-5 reserved visa categories remain CURRENT.

Chart B:

• Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of October 1, 2016.

• India - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of April 1, 2022.

• All EB-5 reserved visa categories remain CURRENT.

Important Note for Indian Investors:

EB-5 Unreserved priority dates remained unchanged for India and Mainland China this month. All EB-5 reserved categories also remained CURRENT, continuing to show no backlog in the March 2025 Visa Bulletin.
