【ARCFE News】MAY 2025 VISA BULLETIN

The Department of State has posted the May 2025 Visa Bulletin. The Employment-Based Fifth Preference (EB-5) visa categories are as below:

Chart A:

• Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of January 22, 2014.

• India - EB-5 Unreserved category moved backward 184 days with the priority date of May 1, 2019.

• All EB-5 reserved visa categories remain CURRENT.

Chart B:

• Mainland China - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of October 1, 2016.

• India - EB-5 Unreserved category remains the same with the priority date of April 1, 2022.

• All EB-5 reserved visa categories remain CURRENT.

Important Note for Indian Investors:

India EB-5 Unreserved Chart A retrogressed again this month, while all EB-5 reserved categories remained CURRENT. For Indian investors evaluating the EB-5 path, the High Unemployment Area, Rural, and Infrastructure reserved categories remain important to monitor, as they currently still benefit from the post-RIA policy window.
