【ARCFE News】 JANUARY 2024 VISA BULLETIN

The Department of States has posted the January 2024 Visa Bulletin. The Employment Base Fifth (EB-5) visa categories are as below:

Chart A

  1. The 3 set aside categories for EB-5 remain “CURRENT” for all countries.

  2. China Unreserved moved forward 68 days from October 1st, 2015 to December 8th, 2015.

  3. India Unreserved moved forward 717 days from December 15th, 2018 to December 1st, 2020.

  4. The Unreserved category for all other countries remain “CURRENT”.


Chart B

  1. The 3 set aside categories for EB-5 remain “CURRENT” for all countries.

  2. China Unreserved remained the same at January 1st, 2017.

  3. India Unreserved remained the same at April 1st, 2022.

  4. The Unreserved category for all other countries remained “CURRENT”.
