Important Note for Indian Investors:

According to the Department of State, due to high demand and number use by applicants chargeable to India in the EB-5 Unreserved visa category, India’s pro-rated EB-5 Unreserved limit has been reached and the category is unavailable for the remainder of FY2026.

For Indian investors evaluating EB-5 options, the reserved visa categories remain an important area to monitor. The EB-5 High Unemployment Area, Rural, and Infrastructure categories remain CURRENT in the July 2026 Visa Bulletin. These reserved categories continue to show no backlog and currently still benefit from the post-RIA policy window.
