iCross × ARCFE has completed another full principal repayment in its first post-RIA EB-5 project, ARCFE Group 12.

In August 2026, iCross × ARCFE returned the full investment principal to the first two eligible post-RIA EB-5 investors in Group 12, becoming the first U.S. regional center to complete batch repayments of post-RIA EB-5 capital directly to investor accounts.

Following the September repayment milestone, another eligible Group 12 investor received their full principal on October 21, 2026. ARCFE Group 12 principal repayments continue as investors meet the applicable conditions.

After satisfying the applicable repayment conditions under the project documents, the investor received the full $800,000 investment principal on October 21, 2026.

This completed transfer adds to the continuing record of post-RIA EB-5 capital returns for Group 12.

About ARCFE Group 12: iCross LIC

ARCFE Group 12 was the first EB-5 project launched by iCross × ARCFE after the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.

The project financed a 14-story boutique mixed-use property in Long Island City, Queens. Developed by an established sponsor, the building includes 73 rental residences, more than 15,000 square feet of commercial space, bicycle storage, a fitness center, lounges, a party room and an outdoor terrace.

The property received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in September 2025 and was named iCross LIC. Following its introduction to the rental market, the building has reached full occupancy.

Since launch, iCross × ARCFE has managed the investment in accordance with the project documents and applicable post-RIA requirements, continuing its capital administration, project monitoring and investor service through the principal repayment stage.

Each investor's eligibility for a distribution remains subject to the applicable project documents and individual circumstances.

The project's operating progress and its documented capital returns together provide a fuller picture of the Group 12 investment lifecycle.

Principal Repayments Continue Across ARCFE-Sponsored EB-5 Projects

ARCFE continues to manage investments and capital returns across both pre-RIA and post-RIA EB-5 projects with an emphasis on compliance, transparency and long-term execution.

ARCFE-sponsored EB-5 principal repayment record through October 2026, including cumulative capital returned to eligible investors

As of October 2026, ARCFE has returned nearly $121 million in principal to eligible investors. All investments that have reached maturity and met the applicable repayment conditions have been repaid in full.

The remaining investments are within their contractual terms. No ARCFE-sponsored EB-5 project has incurred a loss of investor principal to date.

Since August, eligible investors in both pre-RIA and post-RIA ARCFE projects have continued to complete principal exits, including this latest Group 12 repayment.

The amount and timing of any future investor distribution depend on the governing documents, eligibility requirements and actual project progress.

iCross × ARCFE will continue to apply professional lending standards to EB-5 project selection, financing structure and full-cycle management.

From project launch and capital administration to principal repayment, a sustained record of project execution helps build investor trust.
