iCross × ARCFE has reached another principal repayment milestone for its post-RIA EB-5 projects.

In August, iCross × ARCFE completed full principal repayments to the first two eligible post-RIA EB-5 investors in ARCFE Group 12, becoming the first U.S. regional center to complete a batch repayment of EB-5 investment principal under the post-RIA framework.

Prior to receiving the principal repayment, the investor had already reached several important immigration milestones. The investor’s Form I-526E was approved on April 10, 2024, followed by approval of Form I-485 on July 22, 2024.

From immigration approvals to the eventual repayment of investment principal, the investor has now completed several key stages of the EB-5 process.

About ARCFE Group 12: iCross LIC

ARCFE Group 12 was the first post-RIA EB-5 project launched by iCross × ARCFE following the enactment of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.

The project provided financing for the development of a 14-story boutique mixed-use property in Long Island City, Queens, featuring 73 residential rental units, more than 15,000 square feet of commercial space, and a range of resident amenities, including bicycle storage, a fitness center, lounge, party room, and outdoor terrace.

The property successfully obtained its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in September 2025. Now officially known as iCross LIC, the building was well received by the rental market and has achieved full occupancy.

Since the project was launched, iCross × ARCFE has continued to manage the investment in accordance with the project documents and applicable post-RIA requirements, including ongoing capital administration, project monitoring, investor communication, and repayment planning.

As additional eligible Group 12 investors receive their principal repayments, the project continues to advance through the later stages of the investment lifecycle.

For iCross × ARCFE, this progress also reflects the importance of maintaining disciplined project oversight throughout the full investment lifecycle, from project structuring and capital administration to the eventual repayment of eligible investor principal.

Principal Repayments Continue Across ARCFE-Sponsored EB-5 Projects

Over the years, ARCFE has remained focused on compliance, transparency, and long-term project management throughout the EB-5 investment lifecycle.

As of September 2026, all eligible investors in ARCFE-sponsored EB-5 projects whose investments have reached maturity and met the applicable repayment conditions have received their principal in full.

All remaining investments are still within their contractual terms, and ARCFE-sponsored EB-5 projects have not experienced a loss of investor principal to date.

Since August, both pre-RIA and post-RIA ARCFE-sponsored projects have continued to reach new principal repayment milestones, with more eligible investors receiving their principal in full.

Each completed repayment adds another milestone to ARCFE’s long-term project management record.

Looking ahead, iCross × ARCFE will continue to apply institutional lending and risk-management standards to EB-5 project selection, capital structuring, and ongoing project oversight.

From project underwriting and capital administration to principal repayment, consistent execution across the full investment lifecycle remains an important foundation for long-term investor confidence.
