Two Repayments in Two Days: Groups 3 and 5 Complete $1 Million in EB-5 Principal Repayments
iCross × ARCFE has completed two additional full principal repayments under the pre-RIA EB-5 program.
On September 2, 2026, an eligible investor in Group 3 received a full $500,000 repayment of investment principal. The following day, an eligible Group 5 investor also received a full $500,000 principal repayment.
Together, the two transactions returned $1 million to investors over two consecutive days.
Group 5 Completes All Investor Principal Repayments
The September 3 transaction was the final outstanding investor principal repayment for Group 5. With its completion, all Group 5 investors have now received their investment principal in full following satisfaction of the applicable repayment conditions.

About ARCFE Groups 3 and 5
Both Group 3 and Group 5 were launched before the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, when the applicable minimum investment amount for these projects was $500,000.
Group 3: Brooklyn’s 8th Avenue Medical Office Project
ARCFE Group 3 provided financing for the development of a medical office and retail property along Brooklyn’s Eighth Avenue corridor.
Located near Eighth Avenue and 56th Street, the development sits within one of Brooklyn’s established commercial and residential communities. The area has a strong concentration of medical practices, retail businesses and community services, with access to the N subway line and several bus routes.
Group 5: Huis24 in Long Island City
Group 5 supported the development of Huis24, a luxury rental residence on 24th Street in Long Island City, Queens.
The property is located in a well-connected Long Island City neighborhood across the East River from Midtown Manhattan. Continued residential development, transportation access and expanding retail and lifestyle amenities have helped establish the area as one of New York City’s most active residential markets.
EB-5 Principal Repayment Progress Across Pre- and Post-RIA Projects
Since August 2026, iCross × ARCFE has completed $3.6 million in investor principal repayments across five groups.
The first two post-RIA investors in Group 12 received a combined $1.6 million. Those repayments were followed by one $500,000 repayment in Group 4, one in Group 6, and the latest repayments in Groups 3 and 5.
The Group 12 transactions marked ARCFE’s first post-RIA principal repayments and, to ARCFE’s knowledge, the first batch of post-RIA $800,000 investor principal repayments completed by a U.S. regional center.
As of September 2026:
Investors in every iCross × ARCFE investment that had reached maturity and satisfied the applicable repayment conditions had received their principal in full.
All remaining investments were still within their contractual terms.
No loss of investor principal had been recorded.
Cumulative principal repayments to eligible investors had reached $118 million.
