About ARCFE GROUP 5&6:Bond LIC Condo
ARCFE Group 6 is a pre-RIA EB-5 project sponsored by iCross × ARCFE. Investors participated under the then-applicable minimum investment threshold of $500,000.
The project provided construction financing for two luxury residential developments in Long Island City, Queens—one on 11th Street and the other on 24th Street.

24th Street Project

11th Street Project
Both properties are located in a prime Long Island City growth corridor, directly across the East River from Midtown Manhattan near 57th Street. The neighborhood offers convenient access to Manhattan and has benefited from years of public investment and continued development.
With expanding transportation, retail and residential amenities, Long Island City has become one of New York City’s most active and sought-after residential markets.
Other eligible Group 6 investors had already received principal repayments before this latest transaction. The additional $500,000 repayment continues that progress.
Repayment Milestones Continue Across Pre-RIA and Post-RIA Projects
As of August 2026, all iCross × ARCFE investments that had reached maturity and met the applicable repayment conditions had completed full principal repayment. The remaining investments were still within their contractual terms.
As of that date, no investor principal loss had been recorded across iCross × ARCFE projects, and cumulative principal repayments to eligible investors had reached $116.5 million.

In recent weeks, eligible investors across several iCross × ARCFE projects have received full principal repayments. Previously, the first two post-RIA investors in Group 12 received a combined $1.6 million in principal repayments, while another pre-RIA investor in Group 4 received a full $500,000 principal repayment.
Now, another eligible Group 6 investor has received a full $500,000 principal repayment, further adding to iCross × ARCFE’s repayment track record.
These milestones reflect iCross × ARCFE’s continued focus on disciplined project selection, investment management, project monitoring, and repayment execution.
Backed by iCross Capital’s nearly 20 years of New York City real estate financing experience, iCross × ARCFE applies professional real estate lending standards throughout the EB-5 investment lifecycle—from project evaluation and structuring to ongoing management and repayment.
