iCross × ARCFE has officially begun principal repayments for iCross × ARCFE Group 12. Two investors who satisfied the applicable repayment conditions set forth in the project documents have each received the full repayment of their $800,000 investment principal, for a combined total of $1.6 million.

This marks the first iCross × ARCFE project launched following the enactment of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 to enter the principal repayment stage—an important milestone in the full-cycle management of post-RIA EB-5 investments.

First $1.6 Million EB-5 Principal Repayment Completed

Under the repayment arrangements established for ARCFE Group 12, the first two eligible investors received the full repayment of their investment principal within two weeks of satisfying the applicable repayment conditions.

Each investor received $800,000, bringing the total principal repaid in this initial round to $1.6 million.

This repayment marks iCross × ARCFE Group 12’s official transition into the principal return stage. It also represents the beginning of completed principal repayments for iCross × ARCFE investors who participated under the post-RIA EB-5 framework.

About iCross × ARCFE Group 12: Our First Post-RIA EB-5 Project

ARCFE Group 12 was the first EB-5 project introduced by iCross × ARCFE following the enactment of the RIA in 2022.

Completed iCross LIC mixed-use rental building in Long Island City, Queens

The project provided financing for the development of a 14-story boutique mixed-use property in Long Island City, Queens. The development includes 73 rental residences, more than 15,000 square feet of commercial space, and amenities such as bicycle storage, a fitness center, a resident lounge, a party room, and an outdoor terrace.

The property successfully obtained its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, or TCO, in September 2025. Now officially known as iCross LIC, the building was well received by the rental market and has achieved full occupancy.

Since the offering was launched, iCross × ARCFE has continued to manage the investment in accordance with the project’s governing documents and applicable post-RIA compliance requirements. This work has included capital administration, project monitoring, investor communication, and repayment planning.

The completion of the first principal repayments is therefore more than an individual project milestone. It demonstrates a complete management cycle under the RIA framework—from project offering and investment administration to project monitoring and the return of eligible investor principal.

Extending ARCFE’s Repayment Record From Pre-RIA to Post-RIA Projects

For more than a decade, iCross × ARCFE has approached EB-5 investment management with an emphasis on compliance, transparency, disciplined underwriting, and long-term investor support.

As of the second quarter of 2026, all investors whose investments had reached maturity and who had satisfied the applicable repayment conditions had received their investment principal in full. All remaining investments continued within their stated contractual terms.

During this period, iCross × ARCFE recorded no loss of investor principal, while cumulative principal repayments to eligible investors reached $113.5 million.

With the first two iCross × ARCFE Group 12 investors now fully repaid, iCross × ARCFE’s investor principal repayment record has officially extended from pre-RIA projects to projects structured and managed under the post-RIA framework.

Looking ahead, iCross × ARCFE will continue applying the underwriting and risk-management standards of an experienced real estate lending institution throughout project selection, investment structuring, capital administration, monitoring, and repayment planning.

From the launch of an offering through the return of eligible investor principal, consistent execution across the full investment lifecycle is what builds lasting confidence.
