About Group 4: Broadway and Jackson in Queens

ARCFE Group 4 was launched under the pre-RIA EB-5 framework, when the applicable minimum investment amount for the project was $500,000.

The project financed two residential developments in Queens, New York: the Broadway Project in Astoria and the Jackson Project in Long Island City. Both are located in established western Queens neighborhoods with convenient access to Manhattan.
