ARCFE Group 18 Paragon Presales Launch Draws Positive Market Response

On October 6, 2026, the iCross x ARCFE team was invited to celebrate Group 18 Building A Paragon Presales Launch.
Paragon is a luxury condominium development financed in part through the AG18 EB-5 project. The October 6, 2026, presales launch marked an important milestone in the project's sales campaign, signaling continued progress as the development advances toward completion and delivery.
For AG18, the event represented a significant step forward, highlighting the project's transition toward active sales while construction continues.
Official Presales Launch: Positive Market Response
The Paragon Sales Launch marked a new phase in the project's sales campaign.
As of this update, approximately 30% of the residences are under contract. Interest from prospective buyers has also continued to grow, with an increase in inquiries and showings.
The project is also expected to receive its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) at the end of 2026, bringing it closer to the delivery phase.

Construction Progress: Nearing Completion
Construction at Paragon is now more than 90% complete.
The building's structural framework has topped out.
The exterior façade is substantially complete.
Interior finishing work is progressing throughout much of the building.
The project has entered the final stage of construction and is preparing for delivery.
