Databricks NYC Expansion Doubles Space at 5 Bryant Park

The Databricks NYC expansion will double the company’s footprint at 5 Bryant Park to approximately 120,000 square feet across five floors, adding to its presence in Midtown Manhattan.
In its October 19 announcement, Databricks said the expansion would include a dedicated Engineering and Research floor, an Executive Briefing Center and more space for its business teams.
The company plans to keep growing its New York headcount. It cited proximity to enterprise customers and the city’s talent pool as reasons to deepen its local presence.
