Overall project completion has reached 51%. The building’s primary structural frame has topped out, and construction continues to progress steadily:

Main Structure & Framing: The main structural frame is complete. Interior wall framing for Floors 2–6 has been finished, with work on Floors 7–22 advancing floor by floor. Exterior wall framing and protective panels have been installed for Floors 2–4.

MEP & Specialty Trades: Window installation is underway on Floors 2–5. Fire protection, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems are being rough-in installed and routed in place progressively by floor.

Safety & Management: The site is under strict, fully enclosed management. The construction hoist provides access up to the roof. Materials on site remain sufficient.

Overall Progress: The project is currently 36% complete. Work is proceeding in an organized manner with no critical path delays, maintaining alignment with the scheduled timeline.

Structural & Supporting Work: Structural concrete has been poured up to the 18th floor, and the construction elevator has been installed to the 15th floor. Sidewalk sheds and site fencing are fully in place, with all necessary safety measures operational.

Interior & Exterior Advancement: Interior framing has reached the 10th floor, while exterior framing and sheathing are complete up to the 4th floor. Window installation has commenced. Main and branch lines for the fire sprinkler system have been installed up to the 6th floor.

MEP Systems Implementation: HVAC and plumbing systems are being installed concurrently. Electrical work includes temporary lighting up to the 9th floor and power distribution installation up to the 7th floor, steadily establishing the core system framework.
