Institutional Capital Meets Committed Tenant Demand
The bank group includes Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America. From ARCFE’s perspective, the loan closing and signed anchor lease provide evidence of both lender participation and business demand for this location.
Vornado said construction was underway. YIMBY’s October 23 report described demolition of the existing site buildings and anticipated completion in 2032. Our coverage of Manhattan’s Q3 2026 office leasing provides broader demand context.
