【ARCFE News】GROUP 11 RECEIVED I-956F & MULTIPLE I-526E APPROVALS

USCIS officially approved Group 11's I-956F, marking the 5th EB-5 project approval ARCFE has received under the EB-5 RIA of 2022 & maintaining our 100% project approval rate. Many Group 11 investors have also received their I-526E approvals briefly after the project received its approval.


Group 11 (officially known as The Pianist) located in Astoria, is a 7-story mixed-use rental building with generous retail space and 50 residential units. construction has been completed and the building went into operation. All units have been leased out.
